Pamela Richardson

Pam has specialized in employment and labor law for her entire legal career.

Before joining American Water, Pam worked as a labor and employment law associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Prior to that, she served as a labor and employment law attorney with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.; the Department of Homeland Security; Patton Boggs LLP in Washington, D.C.; and the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel.

Pam received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Catholic University in Washington, D.C., and her bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, Pa. She is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
