Matt Corson

Director, Environmental Compliance and Stewardship

As Director of Environmental Compliance and Stewardship, Matt is responsible for coordinating environmental compliance and stewardship activities at American Water’s drinking water systems and wastewater operations, in addition to promoting American Water’s environmental policy. In his 25+ years of experience, Matt has served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for the Association of State Drinking Water Administrators and performed operational oversight for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in Chemical Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Delaware.
